Pensana Rare Earths PLC has announced the issuance of 1.5 million ordinary shares at £0.1666 each to Chairman Paul Atherley, as part of a director’s loan facility agreement previously disclosed on 23rd July 2024. The transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, is an initial notification of Atherley’s increased stake in the company.
