Pensana PLC has announced that its Chairman, Mr Paul Atherley, has sold 1.5 million shares, providing £250,000 of working capital to support the company while securing funds for the Longonjo project. The company plans to issue the same number of shares back to the Chairman to repay this amount without incurring interest costs. Following this transaction, the company’s available loan facility will be reduced to £1.75 million.
