Pennpetro Energy Plc has successfully raised £300,000 through a new share issuance to an institutional investor, with each share priced at 6 pence. The funds, supplementing a recent £360,000 capital raise, will bolster the company’s working capital and support its business ventures in Texas. The new shares are set to be listed following the lift of a suspension on the company’s ordinary shares.
