Pennon Group’s subsidiary, South West Water Finance Plc, has announced the approval of a base prospectus for a £2.5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, backed by South West Water Limited. The prospectus is now available for public viewing and has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
