Pennant International (GB:PEN) has released an update.
Pennant International Group PLC has successfully raised £1.36 million through the issuance of new shares, with management expressing the potential to further subscribe for £200,000. The additional funds are earmarked for the development of Pennant’s integrated software suite, aimed at enhancing its market-leading position in the global defence sector. The newly issued shares are expected to commence trading on AIM by 31 May 2024.
