Pennant International Group PLC has announced its FY23 financial results will be released in early June 2024 and expects them to align with market expectations, as previously indicated. The company also reported the strategic appointment of Rakesh Sharma, a former FTSE 250 CEO with extensive experience in high-tech engineering, as an advisor to its Board to aid in executing international market strategies.
