Peninsula Energy Plans Share Consolidation Amid Uranium Restart

Peninsula Energy Limited (AU:PEN) has released an update.

Peninsula Energy Limited is proposing a consolidation of its share capital, converting every twenty existing shares into one, to create a more effective capital structure and attract a broader range of investors. This move comes as the company plans to restart uranium production at its Lance Projects in Wyoming later this year, positioning itself as a key player in the uranium market. Shareholders will vote on this proposal at the upcoming Annual General Meeting in November.
