Peninsula Energy Limited (AU:PEN) has released an update.

David Coyne, a director at Peninsula Energy Limited, has acquired 139,523 ordinary fully paid shares at a value of $13,952.30, as per the latest director’s interest notice. This change, effective from 11 June 2024, marks Coyne’s initial shareholding in the company since the last notice on 1 May 2024. The shares were issued as part of shortfall shares under a Retail Entitlement Offer sub-underwriting agreement.
