Penguin International Announces Board Changes

Penguin International Limited (SG:BTM) has released an update.

Penguin International Limited has announced changes to its Board and Board Committees, effective from 27 April 2024, including the departure of Mr. Leow Ban Tat after nine years of service. Mr. Leow will also step down as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and from his roles in the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee. New appointments include Mr. Keith Tan Keng Soon to the Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees, and Mr. Henry Tan Song Kok to the Nominating Committee.
