Pembroke VCT (GB:PEMB) has released an update.
Pembroke VCT PLC has announced the issuance of 588,604 B Ordinary Shares at 103.2p each as part of its Flexible Dividend Reinvestment scheme, increasing the total number of such shares to 218,765,973. The newly issued shares will soon be listed on the London Stock Exchange, with trading expected to start around May 3, 2024. This move provides shareholders with updated voting rights information, essential for meeting regulatory disclosure requirements.
