Pembroke VCT (GB:PEMB) has released an update.
Pembroke VCT PLC has successfully allotted 772,322 B Ordinary Shares as part of its ongoing offer for subscription, with offer prices ranging from 103.20p to 110.97p based on the latest unaudited net asset value. The total B Ordinary Shares in issue now stands at 219,538,295, with an equivalent number of voting rights. These shares are set to be admitted to the Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around 10 May 2024.
