Pembroke VCT (GB:PEMB) has released an update.
Pembroke VCT PLC has completed its latest share issuance, allotting 134,975 B Ordinary Shares as part of an Offer for Subscription, which reached its £60 million cap. The shares were priced based on the net asset value as of December 31, 2023, and adjusted for dividends. The company anticipates the new shares to be listed on the London Stock Exchange around May 17, 2024, following the successful closure of the offer.
