Pelangio Exploration Raises $113.5K in Private Placement

Pelangio Exploration (TSE:PX) has released an update.

Pelangio Exploration Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement, securing $113,500 by issuing over 7.5 million units at $0.015 each. These units include a common share and a purchase warrant, which allows the holder to buy an additional share at $0.05 until 2029. The funds raised, part of a larger $500,000 financing effort, will be subject to a statutory hold period and are pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
