Pelangio Exploration (TSE:PX) has released an update.

Pelangio Exploration Inc. is excited to launch a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $400,000, offering units at $0.025 each, which include a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are intended for working capital purposes such as exploration and land maintenance, with a portion possibly settling non-arm’s length payables. The offering, expected to close around September 30th, 2024, is subject to regulatory approvals and will adhere to a four-month holding period as per Canadian securities laws.
