Pelangio Exploration Advances Manfo Project with Strategic Partnership

Pelangio Exploration (TSE:PX) has released an update.

Pelangio Exploration Inc. has partnered with MFD Investment Holdings SA to fast-track the development of the Manfo Project, aiming for production in Ghana’s Sefwi Gold Belt by 2027. The agreement stipulates MFD’s investment of up to $1 million and completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment to earn a 10% interest in the project. This collaboration is set to expedite the Manfo Project’s progress, leveraging Pelangio’s regional expertise and providing non-dilutive financing to benefit shareholders.
