Peking University Resources (Holdings) Co. Ltd. has formed a joint venture with Suzhou Aoze, focusing on investing in China’s domestic real estate and medical industries. The venture has a registered capital of RMB150,010,000, with the vast majority held by the Group. This joint venture, not to be consolidated into the company’s financial statements, is a discloseable transaction under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
