PEC Ltd. has announced the reappointment of Mr. Pek Hak Bin as an Independent and Non-Executive Director, effective August 27, 2024, following clearance from ACRA despite a previous disqualification. Mr. Pek will also chair the Remuneration Committee and serve on the Audit and Risk Management and Nominating Committees.
