Pebble Group PLC reported a share buyback on August 14, 2024, purchasing 7,802 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.56 GBP per share, with the intent to cancel all repurchased shares. Post-transaction, the company will have 166,349,393 ordinary shares with corresponding voting rights. This buyback is a part of the Share Buyback Programme announced earlier on August 8, 2024.
