Pebble Group PLC has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 4,995 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.55 GBP per share, as part of its newly announced Share Buyback Programme. Following the completion of this transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights will reduce to 166,375,638. This strategic move is aimed at optimizing shareholder value and will impact the calculations related to the company’s ownership disclosure requirements.
