The Pebble Group PLC has executed a share buyback on August 20, 2024, acquiring 10,920 ordinary shares at an average price of 0.59 GBP, with the intention of cancelling them to reduce the share count. Following the cancellation, the company will have 166,322,653 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with one voting right. The share buyback is part of a programme announced earlier in August, aligning with the company’s strategic financial management.
