Pebble Group PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 5,471 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.56 GBP per share on August 12, 2024, following the announcement of its Share Buyback Programme earlier that month. The repurchased shares are to be cancelled, consequently reducing the total number of shares in issue and voting rights to 166,364,871.
