Pebble Group PLC (GB:PEBB) has released an update.
Pebble Group PLC has reported a purchase of 40,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.59 GBP per share, under its share buyback program announced earlier. The company plans to cancel these repurchased shares. Following the cancellation, Pebble Group’s total voting rights will stand at 166,157,203 shares.
