Pebble Group PLC has announced the successful buyback of 12,500 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.58 GBP per share, as part of its newly initiated Share Buyback Programme. These repurchased shares are set to be cancelled, which will leave the company with a total of 166,099,703 voting rights. The transaction was executed by the company’s corporate broker, Panmure Liberum, on the London Stock Exchange.
