Pebble Group PLC has repurchased 5,296 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.56 GBP per share as part of a new share buyback program, with the intent to cancel all acquired shares. Following the buyback and cancellation, the company will have 166,370,342 ordinary shares in issue, each with one voting right. This action may impact shareholders’ notifications regarding changes in interest in accordance with FCA rules.
