Pebble Group Cancels 100,000 Shares Following Buyback Transaction

Pebble Group PLC ( (GB:PEBB) ) has provided an update.

The Pebble Group PLC has continued implementation of its previously announced share buyback programme, repurchasing 100,000 ordinary shares on 21 April 2026 at a price of 53 pence per share. The company intends to cancel all of these shares, reducing its share capital and potentially enhancing earnings per share for remaining investors.

Following settlement and cancellation of the repurchased shares, the group will have 147,571,709 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right.
