Pearson PLC Reports Managerial Share Transactions

Pearson PLC (PSO) has released an update.

Pearson PLC has disclosed several managerial transactions involving the release and subsequent sale of shares under the company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). Key figures including Tom ap Simon, Giovanni Giovannelli, Sally Johnson, and Arthur Valentine participated in transactions conducted outside of trading venues and on the London Stock Exchange, with some sales made to cover tax liabilities arising from vesting share awards.
