Pearson PLC has announced that its CFO, Sally Johnson, has transferred 75,222 ordinary shares to her spouse’s nominee account, leaving their combined beneficial interest in the company unchanged. The shares were transferred at no cost and the action was reported in compliance with EU Market Abuse Regulation.
