Peak Rare Earths Director’s Shareholding Changes

Peak Rare Earths Limited (AU:PEK) has released an update.

Peak Rare Earths Limited has notified the ASX of changes in Director Russell John Scrimshaw’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 325,000 Ordinary Shares through the exercise of vested Performance Rights and a corresponding disposal of 325,000 Performance Rights. This transaction has left the Director with an increased holding of 900,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares indirectly via the Scrimshaw Family Trust, in addition to maintaining 300,000 shares through the Scrimshaw Superannuation Fund. No monetary consideration was involved as the shares were issued upon the vesting of Performance Rights as set out in the company’s approved plans.
