Peak Rare Earths Director Reshuffles Shareholding

Peak Rare Earths Limited (AU:PEK) has released an update.

Peak Rare Earths Limited has announced a significant change in Director Ian Douglas Chambers’ stake in the company. Chambers has conducted an off-market transfer, moving 1,500,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares from direct to indirect ownership, while retaining 600,000 Performance Rights directly. The transaction was valued at $277,500, adjusting Chambers’ total direct and indirect interest in the company’s shares.
