Peak Rare Earths Limited has scheduled a General Meeting for shareholders on June 17, 2024, to vote on a seven-year offtake agreement with Shenghe Resources for rare earth concentrate from the Ngualla Rare Earth Project in Tanzania. An Independent Expert has deemed the agreement fair and reasonable, and the Board, except for a Shenghe nominee, recommends a vote in favor, aligning with the Company’s strategic objectives.
