Peak Minerals Limited has announced plans for a new securities issue, proposing the issue of 90 million unquoted options exercisable at $0.005 with a 3-year expiry, alongside 2.32 billion ordinary fully paid shares. The proposed issue is set for the 16th of August, 2024, as part of a placement or other type of securities issue.
