Peak Minerals Director’s Shareholdings Surge

Peak Minerals (AU:PUA) has released an update.

Peak Minerals Limited has announced a significant change in Director Robert Boston’s stake, acquiring an additional 33,033,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.002 each, in lieu of director fees. This transaction, approved by shareholders, has increased his total holdings to 36,766,765 shares, along with 15,000,000 unlisted options. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
