PC Partner Group Limited has voluntarily withdrawn the listing of its shares from the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with trading there having ceased on 8 January 2026 and the listing to be formally withdrawn at 4:00 p.m. on 14 January 2026. Following this delisting, the company’s shares will remain tradable on the Singapore Exchange, and shareholders have been directed to prior disclosures for details on transferring their holdings from the Hong Kong branch share register to the Singapore branch register, indicating a strategic consolidation of the company’s listing and trading liquidity in Singapore.
