PC Partner Group ( (PCPPF) ) just unveiled an update.
PC Partner Group Limited has terminated the appointment of BDO Limited as one of its joint auditors with effect from 14 January 2026, following its voluntary delisting from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, which removed the requirement for a Hong Kong-registered firm to jointly audit its financial statements. After the change, BDO LLP will continue as the company’s sole external auditor, with the board emphasizing that there were no disagreements over accounting matters, no fee or compensation claims from BDO Limited, and no issues needing disclosure to the Singapore Exchange or shareholders, framing the move as an administrative streamlining of its audit structure rather than a sign of governance or financial concerns.
