PC Partner Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Lai Kin Jerome as an independent non-executive Director due to health reasons, effective from 10 October 2024. Mr. Lai’s departure also leads to a reorganization of the company’s board committees, with Ms. Chan Yim stepping in as the new chairman of the Audit Committee. The company has expressed its appreciation for Mr. Lai’s contributions during his tenure.
