PayPoint plc has recently completed the buyback of 3,790 of its own shares, with prices ranging from 663 to 668 pence per share, and intends to cancel these shares. This move leaves the company with a total share capital of 72,284,323 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. The buyback transactions were executed through Investec Bank plc.
