PayPoint plc has repurchased 12,952 of its ordinary shares, with prices ranging between 760 and 772 pence per share, and plans to cancel them. This move is part of a share buyback program aimed at enhancing shareholder value. As of now, PayPoint’s total share capital stands at 72,018,409 shares, each carrying one vote.
