Patronus Director Buys Shares, Expands Stake

Kin Mining NL (AU:PTN) has released an update.

Patronus Resources Limited Director Nicholas Anderson has updated his securities holdings, revealing an on-market acquisition of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at $0.055 each, increasing his indirect interest through Burra Woolshed Investments Pty Ltd to 950,292 shares. The direct holdings of 1,758,244 Ordinary Shares remain unchanged. There were no disposals or expired interests reported, and all transactions were conducted outside of the company’s closed periods without the need for prior written clearance.
