Patriot Lithium Director Increases Shareholding

Patriot Lithium Ltd. (AU:PAT) has released an update.

Hugh Warner, a director at Patriot Lithium Limited, has reported a change in his financial interest in the company, acquiring an additional 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a value of $50,000. This transaction, which was conducted on the open market, has increased his indirect shareholding to 4,883,333 shares, while his direct holdings in unlisted options remain unchanged.
