Patriot Lithium Director Bolsters Share Holdings

Patriot Lithium Ltd. (AU:PAT) has released an update.

Patriot Lithium Ltd. Director Hugh Warner has increased his stake in the company through the acquisition of 1,333,333 fully paid ordinary shares and 3,000,000 unlisted options, part of a tranche 2 Placement approved by shareholders. The transaction, which did not involve any disposals of existing securities, saw Warner’s indirect holdings grow significantly, with the total consideration for the new shares amounting to $100,000.
