Pathfinder Minerals PLC has announced the appointment of Edouard Etienvre as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Etienvre brings over 18 years of experience across various sectors, including energy, natural resources, and finance, with a strong background in project management and risk assessment. He has held numerous directorships over the past five years but does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the company.
