Pathfinder Minerals PLC has successfully passed all resolutions at their Annual General Meeting and will issue warrants for an investor relations adviser to subscribe for 100 million shares. The warrants, which are exercisable at a modest premium, are contingent on the company’s share price doubling over a 10-day trading period.
