Pasona Group Inc., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under code 2168, reported a decrease in net sales, operating profit, and ordinary profit for FY2023 compared to FY2022. Despite these declines, comprehensive income saw a significant increase, and the company forecasts a reduction in net sales and profits for the FY2024 full fiscal year. Dividend payouts also increased, with a forecasted ordinary dividend of ¥15.00 and a special dividend of ¥60.00 per share for the year ending May 31, 2024.
