Pasona Group Inc. has announced the consolidation of its subsidiary Pasona Tech Inc. through an absorption-type merger slated for September 1, 2024. This strategic move is aimed at streamlining the organization and enhancing management efficiency. No new shares will be issued as Pasona Tech is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pasona Group.
