Princess Private Equity Holding ( (GB:PEY) ) has shared an update.
Partners Group Private Equity Limited reported that its net asset value fell 2.8% in December 2025 to EUR 13.00 per share, capping a full‑year NAV total return decline of 8.7% driven largely by currency headwinds. The company also absorbed negative portfolio revaluations tied to two direct holdings, Ammega and Pharmathen, yet maintained solid liquidity with EUR 8.1 million in cash and an undrawn EUR 150 million credit facility.
Despite weaker valuations, portfolio activity was strong in December, with EUR 57.7 million of distributions received and EUR 13.5 million invested, helping push 2025 proceeds above EUR 200 million in a muted global private equity environment. A major contribution came from International Schools Partnership, where a partial stake sale generated EUR 42.3 million while PGPE Ltd reinvested to stay exposed, and further exits from Esentia Energy Development, Park Place Technologies and Apex Logistics added to cash flows.
For shareholders, PGPE Ltd distributed EUR 57.6 million over 2025, mainly via EUR 51.8 million in dividends in line with its policy of paying 5% of prior year‑end net assets, supplemented by EUR 5.8 million of share buybacks. The board has extended the buyback programme to 30 April 2026, signaling continued emphasis on capital returns and proactive use of repurchases to support shareholder value.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:PEY) stock is a Sell with a EUR10.60 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Princess Private Equity Holding stock, see the GB:PEY Stock Forecast page.
