Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (SG:C2PU) has released an update.
Parkway Trust Management Limited, the manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust, has transferred 130,500 units to its staff as part of its Long Term Incentive Plan. This off-market transaction has reduced PTM’s holdings in Parkway Life REIT to 1,494,486 units. The move aims to reward eligible employees and align their interests with the company’s long-term performance.
