Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust successfully raised approximately S$180.0 million through a private placement, using S$174.1 million to acquire 11 nursing homes in France. This strategic investment aims to strengthen their portfolio and expand their footprint in the European healthcare real estate market. The remaining funds were allocated to cover professional and other related expenses.
