Parkland Corporation has completed a private offering of $500 million in senior unsecured notes due in 2032, with plans to use the proceeds to pay down a portion of its credit facility borrowings. The notes, aimed at qualified institutional buyers in the U.S. and accredited investors in Canada, will not be publicly traded unless registered.
