Parkit Enterprise Inc. has announced a joint venture with Decade Capital and Southside Group to redevelop a 3.55-acre industrial property in London, Ontario, into a residential community. The project, valued at $12.9 million, involves constructing two 15-story rental buildings, with the first phase beginning in Q4 2025. This redevelopment aligns with Parkit’s strategy of transforming underutilized assets in urban markets, enhancing its market positioning and offering much-needed rental housing near Fanshawe College and London’s rapid-transit corridor.
