Parker-Hannifin Corporation has appointed E. Jean Savage to its Board of Directors with immediate effect, with her term ending at the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders in October 2024. Alongside her director role, Savage will contribute to the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. She’ll receive a pro-rated award of restricted stock units as part of the standard compensation package for non-employee directors. Additionally, she has signed an Indemnification Agreement similar to what other directors and officers have, ensuring her protection in her new roles within the company.
